Commemorative Paver Program
The purchase of a commemorative paver provides a wonderful opportunity to pay tribute, celebrate or thank a loved one, friend or business. Commemorative pavers are a way to personalize the Hospice grounds for a lifetime.
We invite you to purchase a commemorative paver engraved with the wording of your choice. Your purchase of a paver will assist in the fundraising efforts of the Hospice Foundation. Engraved pavers are part of the landscape plan for the grounds at Hospice of Jefferson County. Each paver will be positioned on the grounds surrounding the Hospice Residence and will act as a lasting tribute.
Pavers come in two sizes 4x8 and 8x8. Both sizes can have up to 14 characters per line (including spaces). Bricks are engraved using all uppercase lettering.

- 3 LINES PER PAVER - $100 PER PAVER
- 8x8 Paver - 5 LINES PER PAVER - $200 PER PAVER
You can include a heart, butterfly, cross, angel or sailboat at no additional cost. If there is a particular graphic you would like other than the list above, please indicate on the order form and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
