We continue to care for our patients at home and in our Residence during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, we ask that families and friends work with us by following our new visitor restrictions to help keep everyone healthy and safe.
Residence Visitor Restrictions: Until further notice, all visitors to the Residence are restricted to no more than two (2 visitors) per patient at a time. Please do not enter if you have any signs of fever, cough or any respiratory infection. All visitors will be asked to sign the visitor log at the reception desk upon entering (date and time included.) Also, each visitor will be asked to complete a screening form and submit the form to the nurses station. No exceptions.
Homecare Patients: To ensure the safety and well-being of our homecare patients and their families, please call the family before visiting and do not visit if you have any signs of fever, cough or any respiratory infection.
All restrictions are subject to change. We will continue to care for our patients and monitor this pandemic. If you have any questions, please call Hospice at (315)788-7323. Thank you for helping to keep our community healthy and safe.
