Job Duties include, but are not limited to: answering in-coming and internal phones calls, greet guests and visitors and provides support to administrative staff as directed and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Maintains an activity calendar and an employee sign-in/out sheet. Maintains confidentiality, inclusive of HIPAA regulations, of all pertinent patient care/family information. Assists with Hospice and Foundation administrative duties as directed to include typing, filing and data entry. Maintains an inventory of office supplies to meet the needs of hospice and the foundation.
Education/Training/ Experience: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 6 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates Degree preferred. COVID vaccinations required.
Skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
