Director of Finance
Job duties include working closely with the CEO and Boards of Directors to develop and implement annual budgets for the Hospice and Palliative Care programs. The position is responsible for managing all financial records including accounting functions, monthly billing cycles, filing of federal and state reports, and assisting families with insurance issues. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance and 5 years of experience in a finance position in a non-profit agency. A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred. Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered. Exceptional communication and team-building skills required.
